Yes, basic business listings are completely free. We also offer premium listing options with enhanced visibility and additional features for a fee. Check our pricing page for more details on our premium packages.
After creating your listing, you can promote your business by purchasing one of our promotional packages. These include featured listings, banner ads, and category sponsorships. You can manage all promotions from your business dashboard.
As a business owner, you can respond to reviews from your dashboard. Navigate to the "Reviews" section, find the review you want to address, and click "Reply." Responding to reviews shows customers you value their feedback and care about their experience.
To report an issue with a listing, click the "Report" button on the listing page. You can also use our contact form to report any concerns. Our moderation team will review your report and take appropriate action within 24-48 hours.
